The Wildfire range of Sample Holders allow the user to perform α and β tilt thanks to the high precision chip cradle. This enables the user to cover the largest possible application space, offering up to 25° +/- tilt. The geometry of the tilt cradle is also optimised for EDS analysis by minimizing the background signal.
